Obesity
Obesity is a complex disorder which involve an excessisive amount of body fat. Obesity increases your risk of diseases and many health problems such as diabetes, heart diseases, high blood pressure and osteoporosis and many more.






If you are extreamly obese, you are specially likely to have health problem related to your weight.

If your BMI value is over than 25.0 , you are overweight or obese.
With the higher BMI, the risk of noncomiunicable diseases increases and childhood pbesity is associated with a higher chance of obesity, disability in adulthood and premature death. As well as obese children experience in breathing difficulties, increased risk of fractures, hypertension, insulin resistance and early markes of cardiovascular diseases.
